Mower won't run

Mower is twelve months old. Wouldn't begin this season and required it to an ariens factory-authorized repair center on may 2. They've had it since that time and each time I contact they inform me the carburater is on back-order in the manufacturer, that will be in CHINA. Ariens claims that despite the fact that the kohler motor is on the device it's not their issue but kohlers.
