We bought a double wide in 1999. We made 3 payments before the home was approved to move into.
They made some of the repairs that were initially needed, but never completed them all. We have been fighting all this time to have leaking french doors repaired/replaced to no avail. Now the floor in the living room is rotten all the way thru, they don't care.
We even bought the extended insurance... Yea right. Don't waste your money, it's a joke. Sure they will give you something... They sent us a check for $130.00 for a $2000.00 claim. No wonder they have filed bankruptcy.
