Ripoff threatening phone calls and threats to repo

I bought my home in 1999 from oakwood homes in Wilksboro N.C.

I got behind in my payments due to family sickness.
I called and tried to explain my situtation to them only to be meet with rude and unneccesary comments.
I've spoke with Jill at times and also Jennifer at the Greensboro office they were very rude and demeaning while talking to me.

They have told me I wouldn't have a home to live in.
The lady (Jennifer) I talked to a few days ago started yelling at me and telling me I didn't care. She told me I had problems leading me to believe she meant mental problems. She then started yelling telling me she wanted me out of "that house" and said all she wanted to know was when I could get out.

I finally told her I didn"t want to talk to her and she was still yelling when I hung up the phone. I've had my home since 1999 and always kept my payments up until
recently and now I'm two months behind. These people are the rudes people I have ever had to deal with.

I tried to refinance my home through another company and made the mistake of giving the lenders name to Oakwood Acceptance.

The lady at Oakwood even told me the man cussed her and needless to say the deal fell through. I paid 62,000 for my double-wide no land included I've been paying on it for five years and find the pay-off is over 64,000.
I had some things that needed repairing which they sent someone to fix just after I moved in or I should say said they said they fixed but the same problems were there!
Just about all the molding has fallen, the trim around the floors has all come loose.

I was told when it was bought up in one coversation with these rude people that wasn't their problems that they wanted their money and they would get it.

One lady even went so far as to tell me she was going to send someone to my home and I could tell them when I planned on getting out.
Oakwood Acceptance is a big rip off!!!
