We bought our home from Factory Certified homes, the repo division of Oakwood, in 2001. When we received the home the bathtub faucet was leaking and nobody ever came out to repair it.

They gave us an outrageous interest rate so once all of our scheduled payments are made we will have paid $50,000 for our 2 bedroom, one bathroom single wide trailer.

We are trying to buy a new brick home so I am trying to find somebody to buy the mobile home from us. We called the place we bought it from and they told us that we owe half of what you can get a new one for so he doesn't know anybody that would be interested. I am livid that he said that since he is the one that ripped me off 3 years ago. I definately would NOT recommend Oakwood to anybody, not even enemies.
