Will Not Honor Warranty

Company replaced a roof on a building we own. The roof was a metal one. It was guaranteed not to rust. It started rusting within three years and was leaking. We contacted the Company and they have strung us along for the past four years with promises of replacing the roof. Today they informed us they would replace the roof but at our cost. They are now refusing to honor their guarantee. We have documented our dealings with this company and have been taking pictures of the rusting roof over the four year period.
