We signed a contract for $3500.00 to replace our roof and to replace 3 cedar siding boards. It took almost a week for them to do this. The roof wasn't done correctly, they put up clap baord instead of cedar siding. After a hard rain, our roof was leaking and we had to use a bucket to contain the water. They made a hole in my attic and just covered it with roof shingles. We had to have someone else fix the place where the roof was leaking and he took about 25 pictures to prove that he roof was not done correctly. Some shingles not nailed in, flashing not fixed and many other things. I have asked around and found that most want the same amount of more to fix this mess. We can not afford it, and he should not be keeping the money as the entire roof needs to be replaced again. The contractor is Leon Ford Lic# 2705141820.
We ask for 1 of 2 things Weget our money back or he pays for someone else to do the work.
