Robert Belden/Owner Does not honor warranty

My diabled mother qualified for this company to come repair or replace her roof through an Charity Agency in San Antonio, TX. The company recieved payment in full from the agency. Now the agency is no longer in business the company feels they don't have to honor their work. This agency paid the company to repair the roof and what they did was mess the roof up. The roof is within warranty; however, the company will not honor it. The company now wants $725.00 to replace a window! They said the window is causing the leaking in three separate rooms. One window is causing three separate rooms roof to leak! The window in the front bedroom is causing the living room and back bedroom ceiling to leak. Remind you the nothing wrong with the window. This company is trying to take advantage of an elderly woman... Not as long as she has me, her daughter. I will expose this company for what they really are. Rip offs!
