Ripoff, very sad state of affairs when such a large company is so cruel and rude to their customers

Other than bank one i have never dealt with such a rude company.

I was in nursing for 19 years and one thing i learned is that the customer was the reason for my job. No customers, no need for me to be there.

My husband has been blind for the past 9 years amd this last july through sept. I was out of work. My husband has always worked. When he went to look for a second job to help with the bills i was glad but also kinda saddened. You see i knew he would'nt get one because of his blindness. He works at az.industries for the blind.

We ended up being behind in our payments and when i called to set up arrangements i was told i had the month of january to get everything caught up or we would have to leave.

The (dare i call her a lady) person i spoke with asked if we had made our car payments and when i said yes she said i had to get rid of the car, cause sleeping in the car was alot harder to do than sleeping in our house.

The house was never set up right either. The doors are still not hung right. And i had to make them come basck out several times for other things as well. The water filtration system leaked under the sink getting everything soaked. We had specified that a tool shop be set up as well. At first they didn't want to put a floor on it, then they didn't want to put the roof on it either. They said the carport was where they would put it. When they were suppose to be done i had to hire someone to lay the carpet because they couldn't get it done in time. So never go to oakwood, they are the worst kind of rippoffs!!!
