Long Beach Acceptance Corp Harrassing, Stressful, Demeaning Language, Nasty Messages, 20% Interest ripoff business from hell

I have been with Long Beach Acceptance for 5 horrible years. First of all I'm being finance at 20% and I was told that I could be refinance six months later if my payments were made on time and they were for 3 years. I lost my job after September 11th and Long Beach doesn't have any sympathy for anyone.

They only let me do the deferred payments twice because I was behind. They called me and harrassed me every month as I was trying to get assistance with my car payment they didn't care where I got the money from they just told me I had better have the money in or else they would come and get the vehicle. They called friends of mines and harrassed them.

They called one of my friends at work and she was upset because she doesn't know how they attained her work information. They called and spoke real nasty to me one day. I mean I was in tears how they came off to me. I didn't know they took classes to harrass their customers. They didn't want half the payment they wanted it all and I have a total of $680.00 in late fees and when I make the last payment in December they said I have some type of loan that when I'm late they add $8.00 a day and the total I will owe after my last payment is $1,500.00 and remind you the $680.00 in late fees.

I can't believe it. They even sent a lady to my house to deliver a note to me and she said I had to call them on my phone while she was in my presence and I told her my phone was disconnected and I couldn't call at this time. They are rude, inconsiderate, and just nasty with their customers if you are 11 days late. I feel like I'm never going to get rid of them. I keep owing & owing them more every month. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone with bad credit. Clean your credit up first before you sign your life over to LBAC aka Lucifer Corporation.
