Ripoff Artist at work under new name of AC4Life with website of www.myorlandoairconditioning.com. Formerly did business as AC Direct, until bankruptcy in 2010 with numerous consumer complaints with BBB, State Attorney Office, Local District Attorney, Florida Dept of Professional Regulation. President is Mike Haines a/k/a michael haines. Same guy charged with Ripoff and fraud in Arizona and California with companies doing business as Sungate Energy Solutions where he is COO, changed name from American Home Craft.

Companies like these make it tough for honest companies.

Good idea RTC but it may be too late if they file for protection under bankruptcy laws. How do you check bankruptcy filings? I found the same thing... Mike Hains is the registered agent of the company. Says he also "PD" I wonder if that stands for "President?
