I purchased iPods from Kimberly Haines on eBay (lot of 15 iPod Nanos) WHICH turned out to me ipod nano knock offs and it said it auction 15 days processing time it took 35 days for me to get them and upon arrival I realized they were fake so I contacted her and she agreed to issue me a refund.

I overnighted them to her and she got them on 10/13/06 but NOW claims that since it is past 3 days since she got them she will NOT refund me. She got them on the exact 3 business day mark. I call her she does not pick up and refuses to refund me my money AFTER selling me FAKE
