RIPOFF Contacting the Registered Agent for AED - Spiegel & Utrera P.A

We too were ripped off by AED, invested about $42k in July with shipment to occur today. I have made a lot of phone calls. Here are the facts that I have been able to garner.

1) They are registered as a corporation in FL and list the law offices of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A.in Miami as their registered agent. Their phone number can be found on the internet. It is 305-854-6000 or toll free 800-603-3900. They will not give you any info but you may want to contact them as they are registered as receiver of the service of process.

2) Also called the US Bankruptcy court for South Florida today and neither James MacArthur or American Entertainment has filed for bankruptcy as yet. Their voice recognition system phone number is 305-536-5979. If they do file for bankruptcy, you will need to file a Proff of Claims form. This can be found on their website which is www.flsb. Uscourts. Gov. The information on the voice system is updated daily.

3) Lastly according to the Hollywood PD, the Post Office Inspector is investigating AED. You can direct complaints to them.
