No Service - Just Take Your Cash Money, Money, Money, Money & No Service

Started using Amerigas 3.5 years ago when I purchased the house. I sign their contract (only works their way) for automatic propane delivery (Auto Run Out Program).in 3.5 years Amerigas let our home run out 4 times. Our winters get down to 5 deg., the house has an odor and the kids get sick!

This time after running out of our automatic delivery of propane (4th. Time and now back to back) and calling the Amerigas 24hr. Service center, they said we sould have run out yesterday! Yesterday - Hello!!!

Amerigas said they "own the propane tank" and we can't change propane companies - After telling them to remove the tank this spring, their responce was "I'm under contract" Hello!!! Amerigas broke the contract 4 times!!!

Their delivery employee's told me they keep buying-out smaller company's, laying off people to keep profits high and they can't keep up with delivery's and eveyone is running out!

AmeriGas only wants your cash, no service - just your money!

I'm changing to a smaller company how cares about their customers and not P & L statements this spring!
