Customer service, nicole, billing Over charge, dishonest, wrongfully charge

Propane is my heat, I am repeatedly over charged by Amerigas, charges an amount for gas that I do not agree with. I have asked that amerigas remove tanks from property and they refuse and continue to charge me. I did not agree amerigas place tanks, the tanks where on property when purchased home. After the over chargements I refused to use amerigas however other companies claim that amerigas has to remove their tanks so I can purchase gas elsewhere. They do not return phone calls, let my gas run out, make me go with out heat, then charge me an undisclosed amount for gas, an amount I did not agree to. They have attempted to report me to credit bureau as a threat and that is fraud. Unethical treatment of a paying customer, I refuse to be treated like this any longer.
