Service on Ford E 350 van shuttle

On trip down to LA area driving our company E350 shuttle from Ford Motor Co. I had a belt blow on the rear A/C unit. I am carrying 28 students and Four Chaperons to Choir competitions. I had to bring them to Universal City for Universal Studios and after took bus to Sunrise Ford. They looked at bus/van to see the problem tested A/C to see if all equipment was needing replacement. Was told by Truck Service dept. That all equipment that operates rear A/C unit was fried. Being 98 degrees in LA we had a problem. I asked if they could order parts and get them in on Saturday I would be back to have the buss fixed. Service dept said yes come back Saturday morning after dropping kids at Disneyland. So I drove an hour in traffic to get to Ford to have them tell me at 11 am they did not have all parts and technician said would be a four day job. I was pissed and felt screwed a waste of time and money. I spent money on gas needed for return trip home just to get to Ford and be told they could not do the job they said they could. The service writer Shawn was not helpful and left the news I heard to be from second in command on Saturdays Jason service writer. I would of got another company to take my kids to hotel if I knew this could not be done in 6hrs on Saturday at service dept. Now I have to drive home with 28 students hot and not feeling well due to heat and no A/C cold to use. This was only said to me when I showed up to get it fixed and the service and parts are open at 8am on Saturdays so parts should have been checked to see if in and technician should of been asked how long. Before I came back so I could of gotten a local bus to carry students.
I drive a Ford and never take to Ford to repair the service is crap. I will never buy another Ford because I have dealt with service Depot in more than one state and never are they worth a crap. Never completely fix the problem. Then have to take to a outside repair shop what a waste of money and time. None of these high school kids since this problem are buying a Ford either. What the he'll if they don't want to work why have this department just farm out all work to Joe Blow who can get it done and right. If the could fix vehicle they have no waiting room or car to loan so I would be stuck all day wandering the lot irritated. I believe something should be done to help with this issue and makeup for stupidity at this dealership. Bad lack of communication between myself and service writers to let me know whether they had what I needed before making the trip. No offer of any van to help us out either. Not a good experience at all. I was ready to smack people for causing more grief than anyone needed due to their lack of work ethics.
