Not Worth the Aggravation

I have had some of the same problems as other members mentioned. Feelgoode tried to hold my warranties as a ransom of sort while demanding a payment we didn't owe. Our lawyer reviewed our contract, bank statements and the cashed checks and determined we over paid by almost 300 dollars. After we sent the info to their lawyer we never heard another word. We called in the fall to set up closing of the pool but as you can expect they never showed.

Now the liner has popped out causing air to get in and make wrinkles. We have decided that since the entire process was a disaster we will get a local company to fix it. Everything was second rate. The pump had issues, the pool robot had issues, the liner now has issues, the pool light was a big ordeal, and the list went on and on. We saved some money going with this company but not much. The saving versus the aggrivation make it not worth it. I don't like to say negative things but I wouldn't reccomend this company. My lawyer told me to file a complaint the the attorney general. This type of conduct is unacceptable.
