After signing up for the ULTIMATE service package, all they want to do is Deny any claims. What a scam they have going. It should be illegal. I would NOT Believe any words coming from this company.
Their Home Warranties are absolutely worthless and useless. You would be much better off if you put that money into a Home Maintenance Savings Account and used that to pay for repairs. Their Brochure claims that Customer Satisfaction is their highest priority. What a complete Joke. They must be laughing at us everyday at how stupid their customers are.
