I have had a few different home warranties and this company is one of the better companies with legitimate service. Their customer service is top notch. I always get to talk to someone when I call and they are very friendly. They also send out quality people to do the job that I actually trust to bring in to my home. Colonial also sends me an email of the technicians info beforehand so I can do some research on my own. They even followed up with me after they tech came to my home to make sure they were up to my satisfaction. The Technicians fix my heating furnace on the spot and gave me advice so it will not happen again. I would recommend Colonial if you are looking into a home warranty.
