Lawn mower warranty/repai

I've a long, 3-year guarantee on my Builder riding lawn mower by Sears. I've had a Sears technician out five times to correct issues about the mower. Right now, I've many issues again: 1) occasionally won't start or begin for many occasions before it ultimately begins 2) mower edge occasionally won't interact once the handle is involved 3) occasionally the mower dies once the edge is involved 4) the cutting patio won't remain level5) right now, the mower won't move forward or backwards whatsoever. I've spoken using the Sears region supervisor twice. The final period was Thursday, April 27. He guaranteed to obtain back with me ASAP concerning changing the mower as well as spending money on the changing times I've needed to employ anyone to cut my garden. I'm an individual guy; nevertheless, this isn't the best way to conduct business. I'm persuaded the mower is just a poor item and that I would really like my money-back or perhaps a new mower.
