Kyle P. Lied about needed work on air conditioner. Advised low on freon due to leak in copper pipe under house. Estimate to repair was $1007.00. Check was given to Mr. P. For $800.00 as required before work was to be completed. A second opinion was requested by homeowner from another contractor came out Apr 28. The leak was a result of a bolt needed tighten and done at no charge. Verbal contact with Mr P. Was made the same day, Apr 28 to cancel and return the check of $800.00. Mr. P. Refused to return check unless given $156.00 in cash for his time and expenses. An appointment was made for exchange of $800.00 check for $156.00 cash for later the same day. Mr. P. Changed that appointment to the next day Apr 29 in later part of day.

Meantine on April 28 Mr P. Went to SunTrust Bank (Bank check was written on) to request payment of $800.00 to cash. Bank refused to cash check. Mr. P. Then preceeded to his own bank, Bank of America, and deposited check. Mr. P. Does not appear to have a contractor licence based on internet searches for said licence.
