The biggest scam ever!

This is a warning to any would be jericho consumers!!! Don't do it to yourselves. Wow, where to begin. This is the worst experience I've ever had in trying to part with my money. The only thing that they are good at is having cheap prices and convincing you that this is the deal of a lifetime. And at first it seems like it. Right up to the point where you await delivery. Now we ordered a set of bunkbeds, a queen sized boxspring, mattress and extra support frame and a livingroom sectional. All this was on March 30. Delivery was supposed to be in one week. NOT! 16 days later we finally recieved what we thought was our furniture only to see that it was just the bunkbeds.

Ok, they put those up and had screws left over. Suffice to say there were some missing on the frames, along with not being tightened. A week later we recieved (after numerous phone calls and store visits) the sectional, boxspring and mattress and the wrong frame. Also, the sectional was without the velcro that we ordered on the cushions. Finally today (April26) the frame is delivered (with no prior confirmation that I would even be home). Almost one month and still waiting on order to be properly filled. The worst customer service in the history of customer service. Five star rating does not apply here as they are at least five below the one... I'm just saying, WARNING!!!
