Rip-off! They refuse to fix our sectional that was supposed to last us a lifetime!

We purchase a sectional (Natuzzi) and salesman said it would last us a lifetime, but furniture frame cracked causing the sectional to deform and they repaired it but it is on the verge of braking again and when you sit you feel the wood frame and the sqeeking. It hurts to sit on that side and they refuse to fix or replace it cause it would cost them money, they suggested for us to repair ourselves.
