Missing couch

On Oct 21 I ordered a sectional couch from the place above at that time I put half down the sectional couch was delivered on Nov 5 at which time I paid the rest of the balance. One of the pieces of the sectional was made wrong they agree so they said they would have the right piece made right away well after a few week and no new piece they said they have to pick up the wrong piece before they could make the new piece so they picked it up on 12-2-11 and now everytime I call and/or go there they keep saying next week, next week after two months of waiting I asked for a refund they said no we don't give refunds so as of today March 5 I still don't have my piece. Wow not a very good way to run a business and make me wonder how many more costumers are getting the same run around. If you could help in anyway that would be great..
