Lie cheat and steal

These guys got my name and number from the states contractor registry. They offered me great deals on tools and supplies I commonly use for work.

I was contacted in November. Was fed a line of BS and bought it. For the price of 100 grinding discs I would recieve a lot of good stuff. He described to me in detail what I would recieve. I was then called by the billing dept. To verify my order. All was good at this point.

The order showed up. NOTHING he said he would send me was in the box except for the grinding discs and they were the wrong grit. I called them and spoke to another salesman. He apoligized and said the guy I had spoke to is a Iraq vet and has emotional problem. Blah blah blah. I told him I was completely unsatified by this transaction.

His responce was to nock off 50% of the bill. I agreed and cut my losses because was not empty and I was already tired of dealing with it.

I then recieved a bill for the entire amount and shipping wich was to be covered by them. I called back and was told that the second guy I talked to didn't keep track of the call and there was no record and he was probably a college kid who didn't know any better.

He offered another rebate and my bill would now be less than $100. I sent them $100 and now am facing being sent to collections for the remander of my bill.

I hope they crash and burn. They got me. Be carefull.
