US OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, sales rep called and try to sell taps. I asked for a sample to review their quality first to see if it fit my need. Then, later she switch me to the other sales rep and he told me they will mail the sample and charged the shipping and handling fee for $6.00 only. Do need to pay for the sample. Later, we rec'd the sample and US OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY bill us $85.74. This is a scam. They need to be stop to running business like this way.
