Lights shut off without notice

I'm totally ashamed and furious from the insufficient understanding, treatment, and problem of the client support repetitions of PSE&H. My partner and that I have now been PSE&H clients for two decades and we have never had our lamps turn off and yesterday we arrived home to some black home. It was clearly an error. And so I named their customer support point and that I was placed on store for just two hours. I returned and forth together as well as after spending my pay and that I still don't have any energy the next day. Their customer support representatives are rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate. For weeks I've begged to possess somebody emerge and study my yards, for weeks I've requested for a reason why my expenses are continuously increasing with no one actually really wants to help me. All I keep doing is spending and spending money on expenses that I actually donot think are mine. My partner and that I possess a little cape and its own simply both people, and so I cannot observe how are gasoline and electrical expenses are $400 and increasing. I'd prefer to document a-class action suit from this organization if anybody is involved.
