I am trying to find any older reports regarding Homes of Merit in the state of Florida.

Back in 2005 my Mom was in the process of purchasing a home from them and the dealership went bankrupt and my Mom was out $50K!!! Tried to get her money back and before she could accomplish that she unfortunately passed away in June. I have been trying to finish what she started and keep running into dead-ends.

If you could maybe post or send me some of the older complaints, maybe I can find out what dealership it was and possibly sue the company itself or at least have some background to give to an attorney to help me. I do know that there were approximately 40 families total that this happened to from the same dealership. I also believe that it may have been somewhere in Hillsborough County, Florida.
