Fall Creek Homes Now Doing Business As Falcon Luxury Homes provides substandard product and shoddy workmanship

We purchased a manufactured home from Fall Creek Homes in late 2004. The delivery of the home was made in January in February the company filed bankruptcy and then started doing business as Falcon Luxury Homes.

By November the home had mold growing on the walls. The company refuses to fix the problem even though a represenative of the company admitted in May that is was a manufacturer's issue. They have never returned to fix the problem. There is now mold and moisture spots all over the home.

There are also two other families in our area who purchased the same model home and have had similar problems.

The dealer Hillview Homes has also washed their hands of the situation. They also are now operating under another name.

I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with this company.
