Waste of time - Kenmore 800 Washe

Washer broke down. Checked Sears online for part. Found it in stock. Double checked by phone. They had it. Drove all the way there and they didn't have it.
Showed 18 in stock but couldn't find one. Manager was supposed to call when they found one. Never happened.
