Refused to give accurate invoice, did work but then wouldn't give account of what he charged us

In August following the Easter quake, we discovered our drain had damaged. We approached InCounters, the organization that had initially completed the job about 10 years preceding.

After several emails and missed visits, the specialist, Dennis German, named oneday and questioned if he might come around within the next five units to complete the mount. It was in January. He
arrived, did the deploy, after which socked us having a $1200 bill. The only real estimation we'd obtained was a spoken discussion he believed it'd be about $700. He claims we never had that discussion.

We protested, requesting a particular bill. He explained he'd not provide us
the title of his merchant, or dysfunction the price. It was only $1200. We
never got an estimation (our problem, but we thought he'd be truthful since
he'd completed function before for all of US. Ha.)

We delivered a partial cost of $400 and requested for an account. He'd not conform. Required it towards the BBB. He posted an account from the completely different company "as assessment" to
them (not really from his organization!) plus they ignored the situation. We never
did get our bill.

then sent and stated that if we did not spend the remainder of the cash he'd place a loan on our home. Additionally stated if we reported, he'd sue us for slander. Therefore, we wound up spending. Obtain a written appraisal. Do not make use of this organization.
