I signed up with Service Magic to get listed on their directory. For about 6 month I called and cancel my listing because I never got one lead as they promised me. They told me all the listing would be removed but instead, they added their sales phone number and their website on my listing. Now every time I search my company on Google I see my company name listed on 5 directory companies affiliated to Service Magicwith my address and description and a Service Magic Phone and website. Probably if somebody call asking for my service, they redirect to one of their clients. I've been calling customer service and spoke with a representative named Scott (syoungmark@servicemagic.com) about 4 times requesting to delete ALL listings, he always promise that he will comply with my request and nothing happen. They use your listing that has good search engine position to get lead to your competitors. Thats wrong! At least play clean and delete the cancelled listing, instead of using the listing to add their phone number and website.
