Service Magic
Service Magic is a joke!

Serivce Magic is just one big fat rip off. The last straw with them was when I got a phone notification of a lead that I couldn't fully hear or comprehend what it said. So when I got home I checked my e-mail for the lead, gave the customer a call, and of course he had already found someone else. Service Magic still charged me $30 for the lead and denied my request to dispute the charge.
