Warrenty ripoff

I had my bath tub refinished sometime in July and at that time I was told that I had 5 years of warrenty. I called them up on January 19 and I was told that I did not have any type of warrenty on it.

I told the owner that I had a reciept that stated that I had 5 years and she denied it. I called several times and they ignored my phone calls and even insulted me the last time I called. She does not have any type of customer satisfaction and is only out to get the people's money. Now I am out $295.00 and my tub needs to be refinished again. I would not recommend this company for anyone.
