Sold me two washing machines that dont work

On Sunday March 6, I found two washers from best bet appliances that i liked and went home to get help to bring home the washers. When i got them home, i plugged one in and started it to clean it out. All it did was fill up with water and did not agitate or spin. So i called him and told him whats wrong and he said he'd be by when he got back onto this side of town.

On March 7 i called him again because he didnt show up the day before. He gave the excuess it was too late when he got home. So he told me to call him back in 45 minutes because he was busy, so i did. He told me to give him my address and he'd be over to fix the machines. That was at 12pm when he told me this. Its now march 8 and i havent seen or heard from best bet appliances since yesterday at 12pm. Ive called and left messages, phone numbers where he can reach me and he's done nothing.

His number is 214-660-6188 and he advertises on craigslist so beware
