Cost of repair a rip-off

On Saturday (01/22) my furnace needed repairing and I was told by 2 neighbors that Metro Heating and Cooling did good work. They in fact fixed the furnace and installed a new ignition module in 2 hours and it works fine.
However, the charge for the module and installation of it (NOT including the diagnostic to see what was the problem) was $489.00! I called around and I could by the module for under $150.00, so I was really ripped off ($170.00 per hour)! I will never use them again.
