He is a crook, scammer and con man he ripped me off

My refrigerator stopped working and called STEVE LANG APPLIANCE REPAIR, 727-992-3933 he came over and installed a part and said it was fixed. I paid him $200., I went grocery shopping to restock the food that went bad. After returning I noticed that it was still not cooling so the next day I called him back many times and left messages, he would not return my calls. I finally had to purchase a new fridge as I did not want to lose any more food. I think he is a crook and he tricked me.
