Inept Service Department

Service Department will not fix the problem. The washer is a lemon and needs to be replaced. The Sears Process takes to long and is not acceptable for people who have paid good money for machine that is suppose to work.
The process is not for the consumers satisfaction for the convenience of Sears. I think they hope people will give up.
They have been giving my 88 and 93 year old parents the run around. The washer that is less than a year old makes holes in their clothes. They have replaced all the parts and nothing works. Yet they expect my parents to deal with the "Process". What happened
