Edgestsar 94 Can Beverage Cooler was shipped without the interior shelviing support brackets. Without the brackets, the shelving overextends (pulls out) and tips downward unexpectdly when used. Unit has threaded provisions for the brackets and shelving manufactured with indentations for install and removals. Contacted manufacturer to inquire if brackets could be shipped.informed brackets not available and newer models do not require. I must have a older model.

Bottom Line; Beware of deficiency and lack of engineering support and follow up.

Would not recommend Edgestar products to anyone
