I ordered vertical blinds and when the package arrived, they included inferior brackets. We didn't know they were inferior until after we hung the blinds. After many unsuccessful and frustrating phone calls with the company, they sent out an inspector. I had to pay $85.00 before they would send him - the reason being if there was any fault on our part, this person would go ahead and hang the blinds and we pay for an installation charge. The inspector said the company sent the wrong brackets. He faxed a report to the company verifying this. The company is refusing to credit the $85.00 back to my credit card. If Smith & Noble had sent the right brackets, we would not have needed an installer to hang the blinds. We hung them perfectly - the brackets were wrong for the blinds.
