One thousand square feet of PGM Floating Flooring was properly installed in October and the surface layer is separating from the wood base after 2 months with no traffic on the floor.
The PGM warranty specifically guarantees against this defect for 15 years, but they refuse to do anything about the problem.
The representative states that this just happens to this type of flooring sometimes, completely ignoring the fact that their stated warranty guarantees against this condition.
