We purchased a special order with a new employee so after many hours the manager kept tearing up our contracts saying the sales guy wrote things wrong. We ordered our chaise to be reversed and not knowing company jargan or policy we signed order. They would not honor to match sales prices and delivered the wrong set-up refusing to change.

I went back and forth with BBB but they kept deniying claim because they filed under my husbands first name, the address, furniture, claim was all accurate not to mention I too signed the order they would say it's the wrong claim, after 4mo. I gave up money waisted.

My funiture broke down quickly and they decided to take it in for repairs. The frame creeked when you would sit on it, cushions went flat, suppory was gone, sharp objects were pertruding from frame, so it went in. Drivers were demanding that I write false claims on paper work, yelled at me in my own home and broke my land scape lights.
