Costco
Would not honor refund

I bought a washer and dryer for over $2,200, after a couple of years they stopped working properly, so I called and asked for a check to be mailed to me since my credit card I used was canceled. They said it will be mailed to you in a few days. After they picked them up no check came, I called a they said they can't refund it, it has to go through the bank!
I asked for my stuff to be returned but got no reply either! I bet the washer and dryer are at an employees home now!
Shame on a company that doesn't know how to deal with their customers!!
