Daniel Engler Roofing company illegally cashes check and never completes contract

Daniel Engler of Skytop Roofing, LLC. Fraudulently cashed our insurance check for over $6,000 to put a new roof on our home in the beginning of October. He never came to put on the roof, would not return our calls or money. It has now been four months since he received this money for our roof and we still have nothing to show for it.
I have filed a claim with BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Colorado pertaining to his criminal behavior in cashing this check and the breach of our contract.
We can no longer contact him through either phone number as both are out of order. I see that this is the 3rd rip off claim against him and his company through usacomplaints.com alone.
If anyone has any information that would help us get in touch with Mr. Engler, please respond to this claim. Thank you.
