I signed a contract October 1st with Pinnacle Roofing Inc for a roof replacement and gave them a check for almost $1900 as a down payment.
Soon after they must have packed up and left for Denver. Nobody is at the office and an answering service sometimes answers the phone. I've left dozens of messages but have never heard from anyone at Pinnacle Roofing.
The contract said that if the roof was not done by a certain date, I would get my money back. They have not done my roof and have not sent my deposit back. They did deposit the check on the day I gave it to them.
Next step... Filing a claim and a police report. I'll have to sue to get my money back it appears.
