Scam, fraud, contract failure

M & a roofing put up over a thousands signs in chicago saying they could repair your whole roof without a single cost to you, oh they do your roof but its a sloppy job and what they do is file a claim with your insurance company and they get the check and complete your roof, but the remainder of the money is to come to the customer but they keep it instead, they tell the customer that they will pay the deductable and i didnt know the deductable comes out of the insurance check, and the contract says my kitchen ceiling was to be done as well but now i cant get a hold of these people and now i have to file another claim to complete my kitchen and my roof still leaks and they wont come repair it, and the fraud part is that they cashed a check from bank of america without authorization and now bank of america needs me to file a police report, dont know why, because bank of america told me to give it to these people, for the future, you can file your own claim with your insurance company, dont let anybody do it for you, dont have money to sue, so its just a lesson learned, a 6,200 dollar lesson, and my premium did go up and they said it wouldnt, but i expected it after all ive been through, i need a lawye
