Interstat roofing rips off insurance and comsumers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

On June 17, Interstate roofing came around to all the houses telling people that they are just going to look to see if there was any damage done to my roof and that is it. It was my son's birthday and I told them I have someone coming out the next day that i wanted to enjoy my sons birthday, they told me it just takes a few minutes and they would not be in my way at all, then of coarse I needed to sign this paper to let them get on my roof ("it was my permission for them to be on the roof"). I later found out after reading the back that i was then stuck into a contract with them. Not happy about that at all, I asked the Ronnie how does this work? He said he would take care of everything I would not have to do a thing! I told him i am not happy since he told me that i had to sign in order for them to check the roof... (mind you i have someone coming the next day to do so for me). For 3 months I was told be Daniel that the material was ordered only to find out for those 3 months no one had ordered the material at all. Daniel at that time said I will through in all the upgrades to make me happy since it was his fault that the order had still not been placed. I told him I wanted to see what the difference were, so we made an appointment for him to come out and show me. He came out with 1 sample of a pipe and books to show me (like i could see the difference) He told me that this roof he was putting on is one of the best its not the general 10 year they put on its a 15 year. WOW, does not impress me not that big of a difference to me. So he orders material and it finally arrives after 3 and a half weeks more of time, finally gets installed. I paid them a total of 4966.41 once i finally received bill from company. I saw the bill it was way more then the original amount by 500.00, so i checked into it. They actually billed my insurance for the so called upgrades they GAVE ME!!! How does "WE ARE THROUGHING IN UPGRADES= we are really billing your insurance" How is that making up for their mistake? I waited 3 months longer then anyone else to have them make it up to me with upgrades that really didn't matter to me and in turn my insurance company paid for their mistake. It is my believe that Interstate Roofing company in doing this to more people then just me and just imagine if they do this to 1000 people that 500,000.00 in their pocket. No wonder they wont let this go. What i am looking for is for them is to write off the balance they claim I owe them and remove any lien they have may put on my home.
