They charged me $207.00 and said to call another company because they could not fix hot water heate

Prairie center plumbing installed my hot water heaters when my house was built. When i could not get hot water i called them to fix problem. The repairman came to house and installed thermostates. That did not fix. I told them i still had same problem. They gave me name of another repair shop and said they did not know how to fix problem. The other repairman came and fixed the problem for $318.00. I asked prairie center for a refund and they refused. They said since they made a service call they kept my money. BBB could not get them to refund even half of their charges. They are bad to deal with and refuse to have their manager contact me.
