This comany came to house on Sept 3 and tested water to find out the chemicals, iron and hardness of water. They installed the water tech system on Sept 4.
This system has nothing on it to take care of the iron in the water. Also water still has odor to it.
I have tried unsccesfully to contact the service manager Mr Joe Benz. After seveal calls he did return a call and came to house in Nov. Checked the system and assured us that he would have someone come out to retest the water and if we needed a iron filter it would be put on at no expense to us. I talked to Mr Benz once since he was here and he promised me he would have someone out in 2 weeks.
Now he won't even return a call to me.
