Bought broken appliance with 1yr warranty - Now they don't know who we are

Beware of these guys! We bought a brand new dishwasher that was a floor model. It had a crack on the side (looked cosmetic) and the guy said it came with a one year warranty, so we felt comfortable enough to purchase it.
Sure enough, it didn't clean my dishes at all. It left food the dishes that could literally be wiped off with a towel. The electronic indicator never worked right. We attempted many different cycles to see if that would fix the problem. It did not. We called the company to let them know. They said they would have someone call us to set up an appointment since we had a warranty. Long story short - nobody ever called, ever. Our calls are not returned. Word of mouth works pretty good, since my husband is in the industry, but I wanted to put the warning out!
