I called in AAA Absolute Clean Air Inc. Of NJ (http://aaaairductcleaning.com/default. Aspx) after seeing their ad for cleaning air ducts for the whole house for $35. This is a Russian owned firm and based out of the Trenton area, but they dispatch their trucks from multiple locations in the Tri-State area. He provided poor service overall. First of all, after looking through the house, he says its going to cost me $460 because he has to drill holes in the mains to attach his vacuum pumps and there are 2 systems. I thought this was ridiculous so I said No to the service. So he called the dispatcher to let him know. Their dispatcher comes on the phone to speak to me and says that I need to pay them $30 for making them come out and not performing the service. When I call their company, I was told that the evaluation is free. But I had never agreed to them performing any service at all, so I felt this was just a way to fleece me and was extremely poor service overall.in all AAA Absolute Clean Air was a total waste of time and energy. It took him less than 2 hours to finish cleaning 2 system. There is no way to inspect the cleaning result. There are so many other reputable cleaning companies out there. Never contact this company and lured by their coupon.
